Cancellation / No Show
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service booked.
No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
These fees are non-refundable and do not go towards any future appointments.
You will receive automated reminder/confirmation texts regarding your appointment.
Extensions
Consultation
An in person consultation is required. This will include color matching, determining which method is best for you and your goals, overall investment quote, future maintenance commitment.
Pricing
A 60% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to schedule and hold your extension install appointment. This deposit will go towards your overall service total.
I do offer Vagaro Pay Later (4 interest free installments)
All rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional $75 fee. Your initial deposit will go towards your next appointment.
Please note, pricing on my website is estimated. Your total price is narrowed down during the consultation and is based on your hair needs and goals.
Punctuality
I provide a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Clients who arrive after this grace period may be required to reschedule due to timing purposes as well as charged a late fee.
Service Adjustments
I strive to provide my clients with the highest level of satisfaction possible.
If you are experiencing any challenges with your new cut, color or extensions, please contact me within 48 hours of your visit. I will schedule a one time adjustment at no additional cost. This only applies to technical concerns. If you decide to go in a different direction that originally discussed, this policy does not apply.
Due to product cost and time, I do not offer refunds.
